PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary cell type food serving device which runs and displays a plurality of rotary cell type food serving machines which serve cooked food to customers in a restaurant, or the like, and a circulating food serving machine transporting system which runs/circulates the plurality of rotary food serving machines between a kitchen and customers' seats and provides cooked food in a restaurant, or the like. SOLUTION: The rotary cell type food serving device comprises a cylindrical outline with an outer side face of a transparent wall, a vertical trajectory which is fixedly installed in the center of the cylindrical outline, a rotary cell type food serving machine which consists of a plurality of units which are geared to the vertical trajectory and can respectively travel, and an opening/closing type door which is an outer surface of the cylindrical outline and installed at the same height with a table, and the circulating food serving machine transporting system comprises two travel lines of the vertical trajectory, two traverse travel lines and a turnaround means and makes a plurality of rotary cell type food serving machines circulate/travel between customers' seats and the kitchen.
