PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight and inexpensive tufting carpet capable of sufficiently securing the thread removal resistance strength of pile. SOLUTION: By tufting the pile 3 tufted to a primary ground fabric 1 to a secondary ground fabric 2 as well and integrating the primary ground fabric 1 and the secondary ground fabric 2, the need of an adhesive material and a hot melt coating medium for integration is eliminated and the tufting carpet is made light in weight and inexpensive. Also, the thread removal resistance strength of the pile 3 tufted to the two piled-up ground fabrics 1 and 2 is sufficiently secured. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
