PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tank inner wall from getting corroded. SOLUTION: An oil reservoir device 10 is approximately constituted of an underground tank 12 placed in a gas station for feeding fuel such as gasoline to a fuel tank of a vehicle, a rust preventive container 11 inserted into the tank 12 and mounted on the bottom of the tank, and a chain 13 for lifting the container 11. The rust preventive container 11 is inserted into the underground tank 12 from a manhole 16 communicating with the tank 12. The container 11 is also filled with an anion-exchange resin for exchanging anions included in retention water for hydroxide ions (OH<SP>-</SP>). An iron passive coating is formed of the anion-exchange resin on the inner wall of the underground tank 12 in contact with the retention water, resulting in a state resistant to corrosion.
