PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter having a blade capable of restraining the rate of occurrence of problems which cannot avoid cutting or exposing a cord, so as to obtain an extraordinarily low rate. SOLUTION: In a cutter which cuts rubber sheet material by jointing and integrating a cutter blade edge piece 2 having a prick blade on a top end edge and a cutting blade on a side edge with a cutter blade piece 3 having a cutting blade on the side edge with each other with the cutting blades facing each other in an opposite direction, and being pricked at a center portion in a width direction of the rubber sheet material including a cord, separated from each other, the pair of cutter blade pieces 2, 3 has a thickness d of 0.5 to 2.0 mm, and the prick blade 2T of one cutter blade piece is bent into an L shape to be formed at the top end edge protruded in tapering condition, the bent angle 2βis 90 to 120 degrees, the top end edge bent portion is an arc of R2 to R6, an angleδformed by both of the cutting edge surfaces of the blades is 40 to 80 degrees, and the top of the blade has roundness of≤R1.
