PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat oscillating actuator that has a mechanism to suppress the manufacturing cost by specializing the function as an oscillation generation apparatus and reducing the number of members as rationalization, as compared to each oscillation device as listed above and which provides sufficient oscillation to be sensed in spite of the flat and thin type actuator when is mounted on a cellular phone and the like by means of the driving method of the mechanism. SOLUTION: The flat oscillation actuator has a movable element equipped with a magnetized magnet in the oscillation direction, a housing to store it and further a stator which has a coil arranged to drive the movable element. The movable element is vibrated by the interaction of the magnetic field which the coil generates, and the magnetic field by the magnet with which the movable element is equipped. In the flat oscillating actuator which vibrates by the impact of the movable element and the housing, the coil is plurally arranged around the movable element and is wound in the radial direction from the oscillation direction of the movable element, thereby obtaining sufficient vibration to be sensed while retaining the shape of the flat and thin type.
