Jackson windmill has integrated current generator with a balance spring (FE) on the arm of the wind vane (WE) to harness the wind. The bi-polar generator delivers current up to 3000 U/min to the main grid. It has a switch which switches it into the main grid when desired, to compensate for lost generating capability. A 4 or 8 polar generator can be used to deliver up to 1500 or 750 U/min to the grid respectively.
