The track system is mounted on existing cross girders of a steel or concrete viaduct which are provided with a compensating layer (5) which compensates for uneven ground, shuttering (7) with built-in reinforcement (8) and rail tracks (11) consisting of twin block sleepers (9) with grid supports (10) set in the reinforcement. A quick setting local concrete (12) is introduced as the bed layer up to the edge of the block sleepers to level the track. For sound insulation an entropy-elastic bearing (6) is mounted between the compensating layer and the shuttering and/or the tops (13c) of the rails (13). The compensating layer is formed by a quick setting concrete, resin, plastics or plastics-treated concrete. Independent claim describes method for producing ballast-free track system using entropy-elastic bearing. Independent claim describes device for laying shuttering, reinforcement and tracks using prefabricated concrete parts with rails.
