<p>Compositions and methods for treatment of skin conditions, such as age spots, liver spots, photodamaged skin, skin folds, diminished hair growth, non-infectious cellulite and "orange skin", or for repairing damaged DNA in a skin cell, utilize a formulation including about 0.01-1 part by weight tretinoin, and about 1-45 parts by weight dimethylfsulfoxide. Compositions may include about 5-40 parts by weight urea, and about 45-90 parts by weight carrier.</p> |
