A lamp assembly includes a thermally conductive post aligned in an axia l direction, a light emitting diode (LED) at an axial end of the post, a first arched reflector that reflects light from the LED and that has an apex generally aligned alon g the axial direction and that is removably attached to the post, and a second reflector surrounding the post at a base of the post, where the second reflector reflects in the axial direction light that has been reflected from the first reflector.
