<p>The invention relates to a cook's jacket comprising a front side made of flame-resistant material and a rear side. The invention is characterized in that the jacket is provided with a rear side (2) encompassing a top part (3) which covers the shoulder region and is made of a microfiber-based material for evacuating humidity, and a central part (4) that covers the middle portion of the back and is made of a perforated mesh fabric for providing aeration.
