<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a plated part from a resin part by heating with high-frequency a resin molding having a plated layer. SOLUTION: Resin moldings 4 obtained by comminuting a front grill 1 of an acryl butadiene styrene resin decorative-plated on its surface with chromium, copper or the like into fine pieces are preheated by emitting an infrared ray by an infrared heater 6 during conveying by a belt conveyor 5, and fed to a high frequency heating and agitating step. The moldings 4 are given by a magnetic field of a high frequency from a coil 11 connected to a high frequency generator 10 of a body sidewall of an agitator 8 while agitating it by agitating blades 7, generated by a current in a plated layer 3 by an electromagnetic induction to generate a Joule heat to raise a temperature of na interface between the layer 3 and a resin part 2, thereby softening the resin part 2, and the layer 3 is released by a decrease of an adhesive force and an external force of the blades 7. The layer 3 of a chromium or copper of the magnetic material is attracted to a drive roller 14, the resin part 2 of a nonmagnetic material is dropped at a right side 15a of a container. Thus, the layer 3 can be easily separated from the resin part 2.</p> |
