The machine, for automatic injection of brine into meat, comprises an intermittently-moving belt and a synchronised hydraulic injection-unit which can move vertically. When the belt stops, this unit (contg. an injection-needle support-head, brine storage and filtration tank, and hydraulic-piston injection-pump to force the brine through the needles) descends and injects brine into the meat.
