PURPOSE:To prevent the production of a cavity in a slot bar and an end ring of a rotor for a small-sized motor by dispersedly disposing a plurality of nozzles at the inside and outside of the bottom bore of a slot opposite to the end face of the rotor when the slot bar and the end ring are die cast, thereby smoothly flowing aluminum. CONSTITUTION:When die casting molds 10 are disposed at both axial sides of a rotor core 2 to integrally die cast a slot bar and an end ring, a plurality of aluminum filling nozzles 7, 8 are faced with the end face of the core 2. The nozzles are dispersedly disposed at the inner and outer peripheral sides 8, 7 of the bottom bore of a slot 3, and aluminum is then filled therein. It is preferred to reduce the ratio of the numbers of the outer and inner peripheral side nozzles 7, 8 to less than 1/2. In this manner, it can prevent the cavity produced due to the engulfing effect of molten aluminum. |
