PURPOSE:To perform a measurement of a threshold, corresponding to a sample, through a simple constitution, by a method wherein 2 systems of comparing circuits and counting circuits are used for pretreatment and measurement, a threshold level is decided in the pretreatment, and a sorting counting is made at a measuring time. CONSTITUTION:An output signal from a blood detector 1 is transmitted to two comparing circuits 2 and 3, and are compared with voltages 8 and 9 equivalent to a threshold value sent from a DA converter 7. The outputs of the comparing circuits 2 and 3 are inputted to counting circuits 4 and 5. A microcomputer 6 controls the DA converter 7 and the counting circuits 4 and 5, and simultaneously, it reads the counting values of the counting circuits 4 and 5. Said motion first performs a pretreatment and then decides a threshold value. A measurement is then made, and a lymprozyte series and a granulocyte series leucocyte are individually found by a sorting counting. |
