APPARATUS FOR PREPARING LAMINATE

PURPOSE:To enhance heat contact bonding efficiency and to perform uniform bonding action, by mounting a tension belt running a speed same to that of the peripheral surface of a heating drum over a predetermined region while pressing the same to the peripheral surface of said heating drum. CONSTITUTION:A polyurethane foamed sheet 11' of which both surfaces are coated with a heat sensitive adhesive is introduced between a heating drum 19 and a tension belt 21 while laminated by a surface material 12' and a backing material 13' and the introduced laminate consisting of the polyurethane foamed sheet 11', the surface material 12' and the backing material 13' are pressed to the peripheral surface of the heating drum 19 by the tension belt 21 and heated. As a result, the introduced laminate is drawn out from a drive roll 204 as a laminate strongly integrated by the action of the heat sensitive adhesive. The drawn-out laminate is placed on a belt conveyor 23 and sent to a predetermined place while being cooled by a blower 24.
