<p>The invention relates to electrochemistry. The inventive device comprises an electrolyzer, a body which is arranged on a shaft connected to a rotary actuator and provided with channels for supplying an electrolyte-solution and removing electrolysis products, a channel for discharging the electrolyte-solution, short-circuited electrodes one of which is mounted on the shaft and another is formed by the internal surface of the body, and a heat exchanger. Said device is provided with top and lower bearing units with a shaft which is vertically arranged therein and with an external electrolyte-solution circulation circuit which comprises an annular chamber for said electrolyte solution provided with an internal voluted surface fixed to the top bearing unit, an electrolyte solution presence sensor and a mixer therefor which is connected to electrolyte and water supply lines and to the electrolyte-solution supply channel. The electrolyte discharge channel is embodied in a top lid and provided with a controlled valve which is connected to the annular electrolyte-solution chamber. Said internal surface of the body is provided with at least one guiding slot. The water supply line is provided with a water flow rate control unit. The electrolysis products discharge line is provided with a unit for pumping out said products. The heat exchanger is arranged in the external electrolyte-solution circuit, the electrolyte-solution presence sensor being connected to the water flow rate control unit and the shaft rotary actuator.</p> |
