<p>The present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating allergic diseases using black rice extract and its therapeutic use. More precisely, the present invention relates to a composition for preventing or treating allergic diseases comprising pelargonidin, cyanidin glycoside, or black rice extract including pelargonidin and cyanidin glycoside, which inhibit eosinophile accumulation in tissues, as an effective ingredient and a therapeutic use thereof. Pelargonidin, cyanidin glycoside or black rice extract including pelargonidin and cyanidin glycoside inhibit the accumulation of eosinophile in tissues and allergic inflammations thereby, so that they can be effectively used for preventing or treating allergic diseases associated with inflammation and eosinophile accumulation, such as allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, atopic dermatitis and allergic diarrhea, etc.</p> |
