FIELD: technology for ultrasound control of wooden products. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes emitting ultrasound signal into researched product, receiving signal and transforming it to electric signal, while simultaneously measured are amplitude, duration and energy of electric signal, received after researched product, and also speed of passage of ultrasound signal through researched product, measuring coefficients are normalized in range from -beta to +beta, where beta - relative coefficient having no dimension, as which any number can be taken, normalized coefficients of amplitude, speed, duration and signal energy measurements are added together, on basis of result of adding condition of integrity of product wood structure is estimated, for positive total - wood is healthy, for negative total - integrity of product wood is violated. ^ EFFECT: improved trustworthiness and precision of control. ^ 1 dwg |
