FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains starting engine which sets into operation oil pump with delivery and suction main lines connected to oil sump, housing and starting engine discharge pipeline connected to space between housing and sump. Delivery main line of pump is connected before throttle with sump through two-position spool-type distributor. Throttle is made in from of spring-loaded valve.
