FIELD: mechanical engineering; handling of loose materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device has material conduit accommodating inner pipe placed inside conduit parallel with the letter. Inner pipe is provided with equally spaced holes and obstacles in form of disks arranged in zone of said holes. Disks are made elliptical in part adjoining inner pipe wall. Surfaces of disks at side of on-coming flow form angle alpha<90° with axis of inner pipe to direct on-coming flow of material to side of outlet holes. ^ EFFECT: reduced power consumption at transportation of material. ^ 17 cl, 6 dwg
