FIELD: production of fluoroborates of alkaline and alkaline-earth metals used for extraction of boron trifluoride. ^ SUBSTANCE: fluoroborates of alkaline and alkaline-earth metals are obtained through interaction in aqueous medium of boron compound, alkaline-earth metal and hydrofluoric acid. Then, fluoroborate thus produced is separated from solution and is subjected to drying.
