FIELD: food industry; microbiological industry; other industries; devices for homogenization of emulsions. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents the device for ultra-homogenization of emulsions and may be used in food industry, microbiological industry and other industries. The device contains a body made in the form of a not equal-arm U-shaped pipe. In the low arm of the pipe there are a piston and an inlet branch-pipe. In the higher arm there is a branch-pipe for withdrawal of the homogenized product. The piston makes reciprocating movements caused by the pneumatic generator of the shock actions.
