发明名称 MASS-EXCHANGE CONTACT DEVICE
摘要 FIELD: petroleum industry; gas-processing industry; petrochemical industry; chemical industry; by-product-coking industry, power engineering; food industry; other industries; mass-exchange contact device. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the contact devices for the mass-exchange apparatuses intended for organization of the direct contacts of the steam or gaseous and liquid phases in the processes of rectification, distilling, absorption, desorption, and also the gas-washing operations used in the petroleum refining, gas-processing, in petrochemistry, chemistry, coke-chemistry, power engineering, food and other branches of industry. The mass-exchange contact device contains a body, an inclined plate, a fitting for a liquid drain from the upper plate onto the lower plate. At that the inclined plate consists of several parallel layers with several notches arranged on the supporting ring with the preset spacing intervals among them. The angle between the horizontal plane of the supporting ring and the outer side of the external layer of the plate is taken within the limits of from 90° up to 160°. The liquid draining from the upper plate onto the lower plate comes on that layer of the plate, which is the first getting in contact with the steamed or the gaseous stream, and the steamed or the gaseous stream comes through the layers of the plate in succession. At that the number of the layers of the plate should be no less than three. The layers of the plate can be crimped. At that the corrugation of layers may be executed on the whole or a part of the plate, and the angle between the horizontal plane of the supporting ring and the outer side of the external layer is determined by the line being tangential to the most salient part of the crimps. The use of the invention in the composition of the mass-exchange apparatus (tower) ensures the following advantages over the now in use mass-exchange apparatuses with a nozzle or with the horizontal plates: 2-3 times increased productivity of the apparatus at the similar with the indicated apparatuses efficiency. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures in two-three times increased productivity of the apparatus with maintaining the mass-exchange efficiency at similar to the indicated analogous apparatuses. ^ 2 cl, 8 dwg
