FIELD: food engineering, in particular, by-product processing equipment used in poultry processing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: line has stomach processing apparatus comprising unit for separating intestines from stomach, stomach cutting unit, stomach contents removal unit, and cuticle removal unit including row of paired cylindrical spiral gears, stomach defatter, washing screw, and processing quality controlling machine. Cuticle removal unit is mounted on processing quality controlling machine and is additionally furnished with rotating ribbed rolls mounted above spiral gears, with axes of rolls extending in parallel with axes of spiral gears. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of processing of poultry stomach, enhanced reliability in operation, and reduced manual labor intensity. ^ 3 dwg |
