The assembly has a reduction gear including a shaft (5) provided on main bearings. Two rolling bearings (4) are fixed to ends of right and left cranks (6) that are mounted on the respective main bearings. Sliding arms (3, 15) are driven simultaneously in oscillating and alternative movements by the cranks. A carbon tube (22) connects the arms and transmits an alternative movement to wing spars.
