The armchair has a connecting rod (16) articulated on a connecting rod (13), a front part of a carriage (5) and a connecting rod (20) comprising an end articulated on lower end of a backrest (12). The carriage is moved forward and backrest is inclined at an angle, when spectator sits on the armchair. An air spring (24) returns carriage towards the rear and the backrest to vertical position, when spectator leaves the armchair.
