Component rotomoulding process uses mixture of micronised synthetic material matrix and vegetable fibres

The procedure consists of loading a mould with a mixture of at least one charge of a synthetic material and at least one of a vegetable material based on fibres such as hemp, jute, flax, kenaf or wood, with the synthetic material micronised prior to mixing. The materials, with the vegetable fibres comprising 5 - 50 per cent of the mixture, are mixed together in the mould, which is then baked by rotating it in an oven, followed by cooling and unmoulding.
