The machine has a hydraulic distributor comprising a pressure limiter set at a predetermined pressure. An auxiliary pressure limitation circuit is activated, when an arm assembly is folded back at a certain angle so as to retract arms (5, 6) towards back when in contact with an obstacle. The circuit has another pressure limiter set at a pressure lower than the set pressure of the limiter of the distributor.
