<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet printer which can prevent an active energy ray from hitting a nozzle face of a recording head by installing an active energy ray-shielding member, and can continue shielding the active energy ray that turns to the nozzle face even when a height of an active energy ray irradiation device mounted again by maintenance or the like is not strictly regulated. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet printer 1 is equipped with the recording head 4 which ejects an active energy ray-hardening ink towards a recording medium 99, the active energy ray irradiation device 7 which hardens the ink by irradiating the active energy ray to the ink hit on the recording medium, and the active energy ray-shielding member 50 which is set between the recording head and the active energy ray-irradiation device and changes a distance H to the recording medium similar to the recording head by interlocking at the time when the recording head changes a distance I to the recording medium. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
