PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein electrostatic capacity is sacrificed, since separators are arranged at both the ends of a polarized electrode and further an electric double-layer capacitor, configured by integrally clamping via a current collecting plate and an end plate is arranged with a margin to the separator. SOLUTION: A pair of sheet electrodes are arranged opposite, on the same surface of an aluminum foil. An intervalδis provided on the opposed surfaces, and the polarized electrode is configured. Moreover, the current collecting board is arranged on the side face of the laminate, in which this polarized electrode and the separator are laminated.
