PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which drives a train efficiently by using regeneration energy effectively by predicting the regeneration energy acquired during traveling or deceleration from a traveling pattern or a deceleration pattern at the operation of a rolling stock. SOLUTION: Regeneration energy is stored in an energy storage device by adding the energy storage device to a railway vehicle system by generating electricity by an engine and driving an inverter.
