PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting tool enabling an increase in physical distribution efficiency and a reduction in man-hour for assembly. SOLUTION: A clip 1 is held on a pair of pins 2 and 2 integrally projected from a component to be mounted 8 beforehand. In this state, when the component 8 is brought into contact with a mounting surface 7, the clip 1 is pressed in, and a pair of claw parts 16 and 16 are slid along respective sloped surfaces 24 and 24 of a guide part 21 and disengaged from the guide part 21 to be positioned at a narrow width part 22, the pair of claw parts 16 and 16 are locked to a thread part 6 of a stud bolt 5, and the component 8 is mounted on the mounting surface 7. Thus, since merely one component of the components 8 holding the clip 1 is carried into an assembly line, the physical distribution efficiency can be increased, and the man-hour for assembly can be reduced.
