FLOOR TYPE COOKING UTENSIL

PURPOSE:To enable to ensure the safety of an operator or a user in use by a structure wherein a metal fitting unit provided on the front lower part of a cabinet is composed of two parts, nearly channel-shaped sectional forms while said two parts are faced opposite to each other. CONSTITUTION:A metal fitting unit 15 is composed of two parts or a metal fitting upper 16 and a metal fitting lower 17. Both the longitudinal ends of the metal fitting upper 16 are bent upwards so as to made surfaces, onto which main body frames 4 on left side and on right side are joined by spot welding. The transverse section of the metal fitting upper is nearly channel-shaped cross- senctional form with both flanges bent downwards and the clear width across flanges of nearly channel-shaped cross-sectional form is made larger than the width of the metal fitting lower 17 so as to cover the metal fitting lower 17 with the metal fitting upper 16. Consequently, even the operation of a main gas valve and the screwing work of adjusting bolts 9 by a worker or a user after opening a lower cover 3 does not cause to give him an injury on the hand.
