PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an iodine compound suitable as a liposome-containing iodine contrast medium for lesion-selective contrastradiography. SOLUTION: The liposome comprises a compound represented by general formula (I) (Ar is an aryl group containing at least three iodine atoms; A is O or CH2; n is an integer of 5-15; R1is a 1-6C saturated or unsaturated group) or its salt as a film constituent component.
