PURPOSE:To prevent microwaves from making ingress into the senser part with a simple construction by forming a support base by a conductive material and providing penetrating type capacitors in the lead-out portions of lead pins. CONSTITUTION:A support base 21 is formed by a metal material, and penetrating type capacitors 25 and 25 are provided at the lead-out portions of lead pins 24 and 24. By this construction, the invasion of the microwaves from the support base 21 and the lead-out portions of the lead pines 24 and 24 is prevented. Accordingly erroneous operation of the senser can be eliminated. |
