PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinder, applying a grinding fluid extending over the full width of the grinding surface of a grinding wheel, preventing the grinding fluid from being applied to a clamp, and cooling the grinding surface to remove the grinding debris of metal powder and separated abrasive grains. SOLUTION: Two or more raw materials 2 formed of extremely fine material are held in parallel by the clamp 10, and the held raw materials 3 are pressed to the grinding surface of a rotary grinding wheel 20 to be ground. The rotary grinding wheel 20 is provided with covers 70, 80, and the grinding fluid A is discharged to the cover 70 from a nozzle 40. The grinding fluid flows from the cover 70 to the full width of the grinding surface of the grinding wheel 20. The cover 80 prevents the grinding fluid from being applied to the clamp 10. The grinding fluid is applied uniformly to the whole grinding surface of the rotating grinding wheel to prevent a local temperature rise of the grinding wheel, and easily eliminate debris such as metal powder and separated abrasive grains.
