PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more effectively achieve the removal treatment of solid oil and fat from raw water by a liquid treatment device by smoothly sucking the solid oil and fat floating on the surface of the raw water in a storage tank, in the liquid treatment device where the raw water stored in the storage tank is sucked with a liquid pump so that the raw water contains the solid oil and fat and introduced into a treatment tank to perform the removal treatment of the solid oil and fat from the raw water in the treatment tank. SOLUTION: This liquid treatment device 1 comprises the storage tank 3 which stores the raw water 2 to be treated, the liquid pump 15 which sucks the raw water 2 in the storage tank 3, and enables the discharge of the raw water 2, and the treatment tank 24 which stores the raw water 2, and enables the removal treatment of the solid oil and fat 9 from the raw water 2. The raw water 2 discharged from the liquid pump 15 is introduced into the treatment tank 24.
