PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization method of an endoscope preventing the bending tendency from being formed on a flexible tube. SOLUTION: This sterilization method of the endoscope is a high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization method executed with at least part of the flexible tube of the endoscope bent and changes the bending direction of the flexible tube in every sterilization process and/or during the sterilization. Alternatively, this sterilization method of the endoscope is a high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization method executed with at least part of the flexible tube of the endoscope bent, and has a first storage part and a second storage part capable of storing predetermined portions of the endoscope and performs the high-temperature and high-pressure sterilization using an endoscope housing constituted to bend the flexible tube in different directions according to a state of storing in the first storage part and a state of storing in the second storage part.
