PURPOSE:To assist pumping through the negative pressure function at the gas portion in a pumping tank while to utilize as energy by rotating a turbine through the potential energy of pumping liquid. CONSTITUTION:A liquid pumping tube 11 and a liquid lowering tube 5 are provided in an enclosed tank 1 at high position. The inlet side of said tube 11 is opened through a pump 10 and a valve 10' to a storage tank 8 at the atmospheric pressure. While the outlet side of said tube 5 is opened through a discharge valve 6' and a turbine 7 to said tank 8. Then the valve 6' is closed to depressurize the gas portion 3 in the tank 1 while to pump the liquid through the pump 10. Thereafter, the pump 10 is stopped while simultaneously the valve 10' is closed. Then the valve 6' is opened to discharge the liquid in the tank 1. When discharging, the turbine 7 is rotated to take out the energy. It is constructed to repeat said operation. |
