PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural and horticultural cord biodegrading during or after its agricultural or horticultural usage, improved in a hand feeling and the ease of bundling on handling it in a bundling work, or the like, and further hardly coming loose property after the bundling and its tensile strength. SOLUTION: This cord has a string body 1 having the biodegradability and a stretched tape 2 having a wrinkled form, consisting of a biodegradable resin and wound on the outer periphery of the string body.
