Disclosed are a certification mobile terminal (500), and an electronic transaction system and method using the same. A certificate is downloaded to a mobile terminal (500) from a certification authority (600). In a wired electronic transaction, a user's transaction history is provided to the mobile terminal (500) from a service providing server (300) or a user's transaction terminal (200), and the mobile terminal (500) digitally signs the transaction history by using a stored digital certificate and provides the digitally signed transaction history. The service providing server (300) settles the transaction with the user according to the digitally signed transaction history, and provides a service to the user.
