A user of a portable device, which is connected to a computer by universal serial bus (USB) connection, is introduced into the system by providing personal user data. Once introduced, a search is made through wireless communication or Bluetooth based on provided data. When the search has found a compatible party, intercommunication is established by sending icons or photographs selected by the user from a menu using buttons. The compatible party is determined when the coincidence degree between the personal data of the user and another user has surpassed a predetermined percentage. The screen of the portable illuminates and blinks when a compatible party for the user is found. The screen stops blinking when the compatible party is nearby.
