<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "voice output device" which enables a gain adjustment according to a microphone sensitivity to be automatically performed. <P>SOLUTION: A voice output device detects the composite tone of a noise in an acoustic space and a voice outputted from a speaker by a microphone 15, separates a noise signal from a voice signal, and controls a gain of the voice signal based on a noise level and a voice signal level. A microphone sensitivity coefficient calculator 52 calculates the ratio A/A' of the volume A of a voice signal inputted to a speaker 14 and the volume A' of the voice signal detected by the microphone 15, and a gain control unit 54 controls the gain of the input voice signal based on the volume ratio. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
