<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of crosstalk light at the time of reproduction in a multilayer optical recording medium having three or more layers of recording layers. <P>SOLUTION: The optical recording medium 10 comprises an L 0 layer 16, an L 1 layer 18, L 2 layer 20, and L 3 layer 22. The L 1 layer 18 is formed by specifying a tilt angle to 0.3°≤α≤0.6° with respect to a virtual plane parallel with the L 0 layer 16.
