<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical material storage management apparatus facilitating proper putting in and taking out of medical materials and also enabling storage conditions to be automatically and accurately recognized. <P>SOLUTION: In a shelf 70 for arranging and storing the medical materials, a storage part is sectioned by partition members 75 and a medical material detection member 73 and a takeout guide member 72 are disposed in each section area on the shelf. The partition member 75 can be removed from the recess 71 of the shelf 70, and when the insertion presence/absence state of the partition member 75 is set and inputted to a controller 30, processings relating to the medical material detection member 73 and the takeout guide member 72 are gathered as the ones of one section.
