<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing packaged beverage capable of reducing labor and apparatus cost without the need of a complicated management condition and control mechanism for retort sterilization. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the packaged beverage comprises a previous sterilization process of sterilizing contents, a filling sealing process of filling in a container and sealing the contents sterilized in the previous sterilization process, and a post-sterilization process of retort sterilizing the sealed contents together with the container. The condition of retort sterilization in the post-sterilization process is fixed regardless of kinds of contents through adjusting the sterilization value of the contents in the previous sterilization process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
