PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicament overcoming anticancer agent-resistance by inhibiting ABC transporter expression, to provide a cancer cell useful for screening the medicament, and to provide an anticancer agent effective even to cancer that acquired anticancer agent-resistance.

SOLUTION: The medicament is an ABC transporter protein expression inhibitor comprises as active ingredient(s) one or more kinds of substances selected from 0.001-100 nM steroid hormone, compounds having female hormone behavior, analogous compounds thereof and antagonistic inhibitors thereof.
