<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door outer handle opening action preventing structure which is simple and can positively inhibit opening action of a door outer handle without increasing a parts count. <P>SOLUTION: The door outer handle 9 opening action preventing structure is formed of a base plate 20, and a handle lever 21 rotatably supported by the base plate 20. According to the structure, the handle lever 21 is rotatably supported inside side walls 32 protruding from both edges of the base plate 20, respectively.
