PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of delivering liquid smoothly while regulating the pressure in a liquid container, for delivering liquid while pressurizing, to a set level or above and to provide a pressurization unit and a liquid ejector. SOLUTION: A CPU executing a pressurization operation routine judges the magnitude between an actual pressure Pac calculated by an ASIC and a set pressure Pth stored in an ROM based on a detection signal SGH of an enlarged position. When the detection signal SGH has an L level, the CPU drives a pump motor M3 forward through the ASIC (step S13) even if the actual pressure Pac is not lower than the set pressure Pth (NO at step S11).
