PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality report system, a reporting device, an abnormality reporting method and an abnormality report program by which a burden is reduced when a user of equipment and device reports an abnormality of the equipment and device. SOLUTION: The abnormality report system 1 is for reporting an abnormality of an air conditioner 12 via a first communication line 50 and has a first telephone apparatus 16, the reporting device 30, a remote management center 20 and a second telephone apparatus 26. In the first telephone apparatus 16, destination identification information and voice data are inputted based on the fact that the abnormality of the air conditioner 12 occurs. The reporting device 30 receives the destination identification information and the voice data from the first telephone apparatus 16 via a second communication line 80. The reporting device 30 transfers the voice data to the second telephone apparatus 26 via the second communication line 80 based on the destination identification information. The reporting device 30 transmits abnormality information to the remote management center 20 via a first communication line 50 based on the fact that the voice data is transferred.
